To access the full range of win1win Services, you must create an Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent account suspension.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. win1win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
win1win shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified win1win of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
win1win is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC procedures, including providing valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably requested by win1win.
win1win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods:
Prohibited Payment Methods: win1win does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) or credit card gambling deposits. These restrictions are in compliance with Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to deposit using prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. win1win does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. win1win reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
All transactions on the win1win Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). win1win does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the User and their payment provider.
win1win may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Any User found to be abusing bonuses may have their bonus funds voided, winnings forfeited, and Account suspended or terminated.
win1win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Users as soon as reasonably practicable.
All random number generator (RNG) games on the win1win Platform use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, win1win reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the User's Account balance. win1win shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Disclaimer: The win1win Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. win1win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds wagered on the Platform and that win1win is not responsible for any such losses.
win1win reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement.
Upon termination for cause, win1win may forfeit any bonus funds in your Account. Real-money funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to win1win.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting win1win support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal terms and KYC requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
win1win operates under the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Users who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by win1win may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
win1win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, win1win will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
